I am a Ph.D. candidate and member of SUT Exceptional Talents Organization in Prof. Ejtehadi’s Lab at Sharif University of Technology. My background is in biomedical engineering, and I have my bachelor degree (GPA: 4.00/4.00, as a member of AUT Exceptional Talents Organization) and master degree (GPA: 4.00/4.00, as a member of AUT Exceptional Talents Organization) in this field from Amirkabir University of Technology.
My doctoral dissertation, under supervisions of Prof. Mohammad Reza Ejtehadi at Sharif University of Technology and Dr. Morteza Mahmoudi at Michigan State University, provided a pioneering approach for simulating complex bio-systems using molecular dynamics simulation. Our projects are related to investigation of Nano-objects/Bio-components interactions (here you can find our recent papers: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/acsnano.8b08983, https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-37621-4).
